Located in the southern central part of North Carolina, Charlotte is a big business town. There are plenty of sights to see and a wide range of activities, with sports at the forefront.

  • Laconia / Lake Winnipesaukee

Lake Winnipesaukee, largest lake in New Hampshire and beautiful beach resort, has 283 miles of shoreline and serves as a summer playground for young and old. This glittering mountain lake stretches for 28 miles across New Hampshire's countryside and is freckled with 274 miniature islands. Majestic mountains stand proudly over the lake with the white cap of Mount Washington peeking out in the distance.

  • Lebanon / Hanover

The towns of Hanover and Lebanon form the nuclei of the Upper Valley region along the Connecticut River in the heart of New Hampshire. The region is characterized by conjoining foothills from the White and Green Mountains and farmlands running along the Connecticut River. At the heart the region on the New Hampshire side is Hanover and Lebanon, two towns of rather different backgrounds and personalities. While Hanover is an ivy-league college town, Lebanon is a more blue-collar society with shops and industries that dominate the scene.

Manchester sits on the banks of the Merrimack River in south central New Hampshire. Revitalized Manchester is an attractive, upscale community. Nashua, second largest city in New Hampshire, is characterized by urbane amenities in a traditional New England setting. At its heart is Main Street and the Nashua River with stores and restaurants radiating out from its core. More than 100 shops and 35 restaurants meet every whim imaginable. Nashua is rich with culture. Old mills have been converted to gallery space, forming what is now Bilancia Gallery and Framing on Pearl Street, the artistic soul of the city. Nashua has its own ballet theater and symphony.

Portsmouth, steeped in history and character, prospered as a seafaring community in the 1800s. Stately homes that once belonged to ship captains still stand proudly in town, phantoms of prowess and wealth. In Old Harbor, shops and restaurants have replaced a once thriving mercantile industry. And, throughout the town, Georgian and Federal-style homes pose in restored glory for public consumption. Hints of the water world are everywhere. Parks are outfitted with boat launches and fishing piers, and decorated with mastheads and model ships.
