Description

Following a lazy path beside the pristine waters of Lake Sunapee, this byway treks past townships and farmlands through a 25-mile path of recreational delight. Enchanting villages along the way offer the opportunity to stop and shop a while before beginning the journey anew. And from snowmobiling and swimming to biking, boating, and skiing, Lake Sunapee presents a paradise of pleasure for those with a sporty spirit.

Routes 11 and 103 run for 25 miles from Newbury to New London. Route 103 to Warner and Rollings State Park forms an interesting offshoot where Kearsarge Mountain, the region's highest point stands proud and tall.
